I did my PhD in Computer Science from University of California, Irvine, under the supervision of Prof. Chen Li. My doctoral research was in the field of databases and scalable data processing systems. I worked on the Texera service and the Amber engine that powers it.

I completed Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Roorkee. Thereafter, I worked at Microsoft for two years on Office for Android and the Kaizala product, before joining UCI to pursue PhD.
