I did my PhD in Computer Science from University of California, Irvine, under the supervision of Prof. Chen Li. My doctoral research was in the field of databases and scalable data processing systems. I worked on the Texera service and the Amber engine that powers it.

I completed Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Roorkee. Thereafter, I worked at Microsoft for two years on Office for Android and the Kaizala product, before joining UCI to pursue PhD.

Dec 2, 2022 I graduated from the PhD program at UC Irvine.
Apr 22, 2021 I was one of the finalist for 2021 Facebook Fellowship awards in the area of Database systems.
